Established in 2020, Shop Sustainably is a women-led brand focused on supporting low-waste lifestyles and bringing sustainable products to all! By teaming up with local Canadian businesses dedicated to eco-conscious products, we can spread the message of sustainability and what that truly means.
It is our goal to support low waste Canadian businesses while inspiring others to live with less waste. We have made it our mission to not only offer products that support the transition to a low-waste lifestyle, but to also provide education on environmental issues and tips on how to reduce your footprint. Together we can create a healthy environment and a better future, all while supporting our local businesses and the families behind them!

My name is Shannon and I am the founder of Shop Sustainably; a byproduct of the love I have for sustainable living, plastic-free products, and in supporting small Canadian families and businesses abroad.
Growing up in the Greater Toronto Area, from a young age I took notice to polluted school yards, to plastic polluted streets, and the habitual overuse of plastics, imported products and throw away items. As I reached my mid 20s, I decided that I could make a difference by reducing my own waste and through sharing my journey of sustainable living. It was a year later, when I was able to share my findings and implement this wonderful store called Shop Sustainably.​
I truly believe that even one person can make a difference. I hope that Shop Sustainably continues to inspire you in your journey towards living with less waste. Thank you for Shopping Sustainably!

Hi! My name is Emily and I am a full-time university student in pursuit of a zero-waste sustainable lifestyle!
Even when I was a kid, I loved the outdoors. I grew up hiking, skiing, exploring the outdoors, and spending time on my family's farm. No matter the season, my family and I would always find ways to enjoy Manitoba's nature. I also found other ways to celebrate my love for nature through hobbies such as painting, reading, photography, and cooking! This passion inspired me to delve into sustainability and pursue a zero-waste lifestyle.
By working with and growing Shop Sustainably, I can use my passions and my studies in sustainable economics to support Canadian businesses focused on making a difference for the planet. I am so excited to be a partner in Shop Sustainably and expanding sustainable lifestyle choices for all Canadians!
